About Me

Hi, I am Ténzul Zamora.

Born in Barcelona from West-African parents, inclusive communication and cultural diversity have always been in the core of who I am.

After 10 years of studying and working abroad, I moved back to Barcelona and pursued a career more focused on my interest in international and global business and my vision of DE&I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) as a change accelerator.

I am a multidisciplinary professional with vast experience in different areas such as Strategic and Digital Communications, Marketing&Sales, Project Management and Innovation. An expert in DE&I and Cross-cultural arenas, with passion for building bridges and creating a positive impact.

I'm also a frustrated writer, a mother “in distress”, a fan of urban dances, an Afro-descendant woman, and a lousy driver. So yes, I am real! And yes, my values always back my actions.

The Crownz Project was born as a personal claim for change, for new forms of leadership, for the need for inclusive approaches and environments. It is a call-to-action for all and an empowerment room for all those voices who need to be heard.

Welcome to my world,
Welcome to The Crownz project !!

Don’t talk about it, BE about it
